With close to 20 years in the office furniture industry, Heidi Fields has held leadership positions in marketing, product, sales training, national accounts, and inside sales with The HON Company and Allsteel, and currently is Business Development for MyResourceLibrary. 

 

One of the highlights of Heidi’s career has been mentoring and leading young professionals as they navigate this industry and explore different opportunities, just as she has done herself. Working with dealers, designers, and end users to find the best solutions and provide an exceptional experience, is what motivates her to continue learning, growing – and building her office furniture family.

Heidi is excited to be part of Dovetail and the opportunity to work with newcomers along their career path. As a graphic design graduate many years ago, Heidi had no idea that her career journey would take her this direction….and is happy that it did!
